SHRIMP!!!
We made shrimp. Nora got to purchase shrimp that had eyes.
I got to peel and de-vein shrimp by hand.
Hodag got to eat raw shrimp.
The end result was delicious.

be sure they don't smell when you buy them...for any seafood, that's how you know it's fresh.
